 Cosmetics & Personal Care

Beeswax — a base ingredient in lip balms, lotions, creams, hair pomades, and mascara.

Honey — used in shampoos, conditioners, facial masks, and moisturizers for hydration and antibacterial properties.

Propolis — included in acne treatments, serums, and wound-healing creams.

Royal Jelly — found in anti-aging creams and skin-repair serums.

Bee Venom — used in “bee venom therapy” creams marketed for firming and collagen stimulation.

 Health & Wellness

Propolis — sold as tinctures, sprays, and capsules for immune support and throat relief.

Royal Jelly — marketed as a dietary supplement for energy and hormonal balance.

Bee Pollen — used in protein powders and allergy desensitization therapies.

Honey — applied in wound dressings and burn ointments for its antibacterial properties.

Bee Venom — used experimentally in arthritis and pain management treatments.

 Household & Industrial

Beeswax — used in candles, furniture polish, leather conditioners, and eco-friendly food wraps.

Propolis — incorporated into wood preservatives and natural sealants due to its antimicrobial nature.

A metropolitan (urban) beehive typically produces about 15–40 pounds of surplus honey per year,

Suburban: 40–80 lbs. (best forage diversity)

Rural: 30–100+ lbs. depending on crop nectar flow
